The Hebrew Academy welcomes Jewish children from throughout the Capital Region. Our families represent a wide cross section of socioeconomic backgrounds and Jewish religious affiliations.

Family participation is a vital part of the Hebrew Academy experience. Parental interest in their children's education is so important.  We welcome it here because it creates the most conducive setting to encourage a student's commitment to learning. Our school's longstanding record for  academic excellence is the result.

The Parent Organization is the mainstay of the school, bringing in funds and sponsoring special programs to enhance our curriculum. Involvement in various school committees is encouraged. Adult Studies programming helps parents to understand what their children are learning and to grow with them. Everyone at the Hebrew Academy – students, parents and staff – is part of the family!
